I provide individual psychotherapy to adults of all ages. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to understand themselves more fully and create meaningful and lasting changes in life, work and relationships. My approach to psychotherapy is highly person-centered and collaborative, and I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment for my clients to deepen their understanding of themselves and learn new ways of coping with life's challenges.
